Ian Eggers appointed MD of Mace Group construction management

Mace Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Eggers as managing director for UK-based construction management services.
His new remit will also include overseeing the development of the Mace Living brand. Mace Living managing director Rob Kremis and Ian will be working closely to develop the potential of the brand on the back of recent award-winning projects such as Clink Street and Bourbon Lane.
Ian joined Mace soon after its inception in 1993 and has been involved in many of the group's successes over the past 15 years. Ian track record in large and complex construction management projects and of managing major accounts, including Sellar Property for Shard London Bridge demonstrates his experience and knowledge of the sector. Ian was also the youngest winner of the Construction Manager of the Year award in 2000.

Gareth Lewis, along with his role as chief operations officer for construction and group board director responsible for the Shard London Bridge, will now focus on developing Mace Group's large contracting projects portfolio.
