Como completes fit out at 1 Old Jewry

19/08/2008
Como achieved practical completion on 18 August 2008 for the 1 Old Jewry project for first time client Fidessa who specialise in multi asset trading systems, market data and global connectivity. The project, managed by Steve Jackson and Dave Duffy, comprised of a high specification fit out of open plan office space as well as client dining and demonstration areas.
Some of the main challenges on the project included the high level AV installation which is required for training and demonstration sessions as well as the installation of a feature staircase on the 7th floor which involved major structural works. Another milestone on the project was the erection of a crane in one of the busiest areas in the City of London in order to lift plant up on to the roof.
Steve Root, Como managing director said, ‘The end result looks fantastic and thanks must go to the project team for their efforts. The client is delighted and will be speaking at the technical visit that Como is hosting at the end of November to show off the space.'
