Mace residential project commended in Evening Standard Homes & Property Awards

Mace Living's affordable housing scheme for Pocket Living has once again been recognised as one of the best in the affordable housing market - this time at the prestigious Evening Standards Homes & Property Awards, which is now in its 18th year.

The Weedington Road project received a highly commended award in the ‘Best new development in the affordable homes sector' at the awards ceremony held at the Dorchester Hotel on the 15th May.

The judges were looking for the most imaginative, practical and sympathetic development in the affordable homes sector and specifically looked at the following areas; quality of design, value for money, utilisation of space, use of materials, location, energy efficiency, environmental factors, innovation, overall 'fitness for purpose' and quality of finish.
