Mace's Bristol office provides services for clients in the counties of Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire and the Unitary Authorities of Bath and North East Somerset, Bournemouth, Bristol, North Somerset, Poole, South Gloucestershire and Swindon. The Bristol team also provides services for clients in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isles of Scilly.

Projects in the region encompass all stages of the project life cycle from inception through to operation and include feasibility studies, option appraisals and masterplans, space rationalisation, brownfield regeneration, alteration and new build projects for both public and private sector clients. In addition, we provide advice on project structure, process and governance, applying best practice in project management beyond the traditional boundaries of construction.

Mace has been working with Bath and North East Somerset Council since 2005 on projects such as Bath Western Riverside, the Southgate shopping centre; the Schools Capital Programme, the renewal of the Public Realm, office transformation and the Care Home Re-provision Programme. In Gloucestershire we are managing the construction of Rednock School, a BSF Pathfinder secondary school and Yate International Academy. In Wiltshire we have been advising on property rationalisation following the formation of the Unitary Authority in May 2009. In Bristol Mace is working with the University of West England on its masterplan for their enlarged Frenchay Campus and with the North Bristol NHS Trust on departmental relocations.

Mace's Edinburgh office deals with all projects across Scotland. The team there are focused on consultancy services and developing contracting opportunities for the Group with retained key clients. Recently expanding its portfolio of work, the team in Scotland has been appointed on a number of public sector project management frameworks including the Transport Rail Directorate and the Health Facilities Scotland framework with the first commission secured on the Dumfries and Galloway Infirmary redevelopment project.

Mace has also secured new commissions for existing clients WRAP (Waste and Resources Action Programme) and Perth and Kinross Council and is working as project manager for Edinburgh City Council on the prestigious £85m Edinburgh International Conference Centre expansion project. The team consistently delivers high quality projects by utilising the latest innovations and management approaches developed by the best people in the industry. Every project has its own bespoke delivery plan tailored to the client's individual needs and the company prides itself on adding value on every project.

Mace's Hatfield office serves one of our major clients, Veolia. Mace provides a variety of services including programme and project management to this multi-national  company, helping it run efficient estates and infrastructure in and around London

Mace has an office in Hertford outside London which supports the company's work for key client Hertfordshire County Council in addition to offering specialist design management services.

Originally established in 2005, Mace has undertaken a number of high profile projects for the key players in Liverpool. We helped Liverpool City Council with their programme management work for the huge Objective One funding spend, and Liverpool Land and Development Company with their Edge Lane and Mersey Wave projects.

We have worked with the University of Liverpool on a number of projects including the highly complex Sydney Jones Library refurbishment whilst our work on the mixed use Unity scheme changed the skyline of Liverpool.

We are also working on a number of significantly sized health schemes from the office including projects at Wrexham, Glan Clwyd and Bangor whilst we are acting as the Client's strategic advisor on the new Museum of Liverpool building.

Mace has an established presence in Manchester dating back to the mid 1990s and offers a full suite of consultancy and construction services to the north of England from an office in the city centre.

The company's association with Manchester started with a programme management role on the post IRA bomb regeneration of the city centre and 2002 Commonwealth Games through to the project management of major mixed use developments and luxury residential projects.
Manchester is a constantly expanding regional centre of the UK and Mace has been providing services to the public sector as it goes about the business of renewal across schools, housing and infrastructure.

The Manchester office acts as the hub office for the overall UK regional business and operations across the North of England which are directly managed through satellite offices in Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle. Mace's cost consultancy business Sense also has a regional presence in the Manchester office.
