Mace's Belfast office is a regional hub for Mace's retail sector team who are based in London. The office is staffed by a full-time team of 8 people covering design, programme and project management, M&E, cost management and health, safety and environment.
Mace Group's presence in Belfast stems from our retail sector team's major commission for RBS, which included the Ulster Bank programme of works throughout Ireland. Initial works centred around the Ulster Bank BIMP Programme (Branch Improvement and Maintenance Programme) and with the the client's increasing trust in the team the workbook steadily increased to cover Corporate Business Centres, Joint Ventures (Retail and Business) premises, relocations and new shell and core fit-outs. Our portfolio of work has recently grown with the inclusion of works on the First Active (Ulster Bank mortgage facility) network of branches in the Republic of Ireland.
