Serbia is fast establishing itself as a growing nation and both investment and enterprising local developers are aiming to tap into a growing economic spend. The Mace Group has worked in Serbia since 2004, managing a €20m reconstruction and refurbishment for client Phillip Morris.
Since those early days, the Mace Group has gone from strength to strength and has established a leading position with its engagement on the prestigious €1.2m Delta City Mall which was the first recognised western style mall bringing retailers such as Zara, Esprit and Marks and Spencer to Serbia.
The local team is now actively managing projects with a combined value of €800m across all sectors.
