Mace first began operations in Poland in the late 1990s to capitalise on the opportunities being offered within one of the fastest growing economies in Europe. Since then the local team has successfully delivered projects for both multinational corporations and local companies.

The highly experienced team places a strong emphasis on local knowledge to ensure that clients gain access to those people that can drive forward their ideas and add value to the delivery of their projects in a complex market.

Working across Poland Mace has the capacity to provide a full spectrum of services that are tailored to the unique needs and profile of each client. An example of this was the successful development of the Zlote Tarasy for ING Real Estate which at the time was this largest mixed use development in Europe.

The successful delivery of this project was recognised internationally when it won the Shopping Centre of the Year award at the Global RLI awards.

Mace has developed a strong presence in the CIS nations with its principal office in Moscow.

Mace services the Moscow Oblast and regional towns and cities including St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Saratov and Sochi, together with other CIS countries such as Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine.

In line with emerging opportunities the service offer provided includes project and construction management from project inception to completion across a range of sectors. In the region Mace has worked for clients such as GMT Group, Marriot Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Metro Group, Sochi Olimpic Committee, and the leading Russian development group AIM.

Mace is committed to developing its Russian business by utilising the skills and experience developed in other areas of the world. A recent example is the support provided for the successful Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic bid, secured in part through the experience gained on the successful London 2012 bid.
