Our management training programme ensures that trainees learn from and socialise with peers with a range of skill sets and disciplines from locations and sectors across Mace.

The Mace Prospects Group gathers 70 middle managers identified by the board as having a significant influence on the future of Mace. The Prospects Group takes part in an accelerated development programme and helps shape the company's change agenda.

Mace has an established Futures Group for those senior managers who are identified as prospective leaders for the company. Established in 2003, the Futures Group has helped drive business improvement and supported individuals into directorial positions ever since. And of course we also have numerous communications and informal networking sessions throughout the year for our businesses and project teams.

Team Spirit

Collaboration and networking isn't just for the office; our people take advantage of a wide range of social activities in our many offices around the world. For sports fans options range from netball, cricket, softball, football, cycling and running. We also hold a number of charity fundraising events each year including dragon boat racing, an annual charity quiz, fun runs and much more.
