Lee Penlington joined Mace in 1999 before moving to Como, the group's specialist fit out subsidiary. He is a member of the Mace Group construction board.
As commercial director of Mace Living, Lee Penlington has overall responsibility for all commercial aspects of Mace Living's projects. He has experience of all contract forms having previously worked with Como, Mace and other major contracting organisations.
His client list includes Eversheds, Schroders, 186k, ITV Digital, OFCOM, BAA Lynton, Lemonland (Residential), Global Switch, Octavia Housing and Care and Mossborne Academy (Education) and Aljazeera International.
