3. CR and Our Marketplace

Site Search:

How Mace operates in the marketplace is a key consideration in our approach to CR. We have a history of developing effective relationships with our clients and suppliers around the world to find smarter ways of working and identify collective opportunities for efficiency savings and the creation of real value. Over time, we have been able to demonstrate to many of our clients how we are able to provide them with more innovative and effective services and solutions, and our success in this can be seen in our unique level of repeat business - 74% in 2006.
We make every effort to align ourselves with clients who are already well developed in this field and work with those who aren't, to help them understand the principles of CR and the benefits that engagement brings.

The Mace Business School
Mace Business School
The Mace Business School was launched in January 2006 and offers our suppliers a wide range of training services and solutions which will fulfill their needs to deliver value and improve performance. This enables us to form stronger relationships with the supply chain and deliver better value to our clients.

The Business School brings benefits to Mace Group suppliers by fostering integration and consistency in the approach to key management tasks and functions. Differing company cultures converge to ensure more effective relationships between clients, project teams and their supply chain partners.

A clear understanding of each supply chain business is achieved through the consultancy diagnostic service. Appropriate learning and development opportunities that will drive and support business improvements are then recommended.
